Biju P.John has been working as a site engineer at COSTFORD since 2000. He initiated construction projects for COSTFORD in Kottayam and Pathanamthitta districts, and subsequently played an active role in setting up the branch office of COSTFORD at Kottayam in 2004. He presently co-ordinates the activities of COSTFORD in its Thiruvananthapuram based office.
